I decided to ground myself in Singapore for the First Saturday after a working week to be in Singapore. I shelved my trip up to JB till the afternoon and decided to have breakfast with Ed at the Newly Refurbished Food Centre near his place.  Fortunately, I woke up early and saw Harry's message and jio-ed him over for breakfast and he agreed. YAY!

I had a great time today. Spent the day having breakfast and lunch with Edric and Clara and finally was introduced and met up with Dave Kong (dave_sg_888 ) and Addy Tan (niterage05 ).

Hi Me2,

Woke up early today to have breakfast with gentlegiantt at West Coast McDonalds before sending her off to work. Had Sausage McMuffin with Egg set and sponge on the free Wireless@SG internet through my ipod touch.

gentlegiantt so sweet! She gave me a nice T-Shirt which I will take photo and post here another day. Thanks also for helping me with the selection of wine for the Christmas Housewarming tomorrow.

After dropping off gentlegiantt at work, I headed home to drop off Streamy and transform myself to become a common public transport commuter. I headed down to Bugis Cali for Bodylicious class at 1140hrs with Aries. Disappointing - I almost died in the class and I don't feel my abs working hard enough though the build up of lactic acid on my legs were excruciating and well, made up for it, I didn't think that he did any bodylicious at all. Oh! There were only 6 of us in the class and I got the whole gym mirror to whore with.

After class, I headed straight to Orchard Cineleisure to wait for gentlegiantt to arrive for our 1430hrs AVATAR on 3D. While waiting, I contemplated but then dunno how ended up having my 2nd McDonalds Meal of Fillet-O-Fish @ the newly revamped Heeren.
 
We expected a full house for the show to start and looking at some of the patrons camwhoring with their 3D glasses, we decided to do one ourselves too!

It was time for me to clear my last bit of stuff and bid farewell to my workplace / workstation of 7 years.


The last few bits of stuff.


As I returned all that I have withdrawn back to its original place, I walked down some familiar places for one last look.

Finally, my last few moments at my desk before saying "Goodbye". Fortunately, no one was around and it made the departure much easier for me.




My next working place would be somewhere I have been before just before I came to this current place of 7 years.

Thank you for the memories. Thank you for the friendship and meaningful hardship. The thing I will miss most about this place would be the bond that I had built. Like what a friend said, one has to move on to grow. So I shall take this as part and parcel of growing up in the profession.

Today, I went to watch Wild Rice's Production of Beauty & The Beast with Kok Leong. Enjoyed it very much as they included alot of local flavours into the play.



RJ Rosales was in the play too. He's also in my Facebook and it was phenominal to finally get a chance to meet him face to face.

My cousin is getting married today and he requested that he wanted to use Streamy as the bridal car and of course Moi as the driver.


Came early, as early as 7a.m to get Streamy all dolled up.

PC started having problems at start up. It showed nothing and the screen went to sleep immediately after start up. My trusted advisor said it could be Graphic Card problem and true enough.


While PC is at workshop getting fixed and I already surrendered my laptop back to the office, I had to resort to something I kept and have not used for about 3 years. YEAH! My faithful Hp IPAQ. Neat huh!



I realised that with IPAQ, I am able to access MSN, Facebook and surf the net right in the comfort of my own bed and start up won't take as long as a PC or Laptop. Even my Cat agrees with me and LOVES IPAQ. It also means I can stay in bed more often with her. Heheheh

Hi Me2,


I've been officially declared fit for work for one week. Now that the rest of the people have gone away for their holidays, it was time for me to get back and start clearing my gasping table. In this way also, it would make my departure easier. NOT TRUE.

I didn't realise some of my staff have been eyeing the things I have. Out of goodwill and to make the clearing easy, I decided to part with some of my precious stuff to those who may need it more than I do to survive in that place.



(Technically, I have the biggest Workspace Area as compared to the rest of my colleagues. I had the luxury of having my private rest area behind my cupboard, which was abandoned.)

Hi Me2,

This year, I am glad that Ah John came back to Singapore to visit his mom. This is his 4th visit back this year and I doubt he would be back again till next year. He was only back for 4 days and managed to catch up with him on the last day. We met in the morning at Wisma Atria to have breakfast cum lunch. Thank goodness I starved myself. There was more gastronomical delights coming.

Later we met Linda and shopped shopped at Nike. Got a good deal and revamped some of my gym wear. Am a pro NIKE currently. We decided to head down to let Ah John check in and settle his baggage and seat. At 5p.m, we bade farewell to John as went sent him into the Departure Hall. I went back to the Staff Canteen at Terminal One to get Yong Tau Foo for mom before heading home. Bye John, See you again soon! 2710eirsue

Hi Me2, Since Edric's birthday was like a week after me, I thought it would be nice to do a payback. I got in touch with his sister and brother to discuss a plan to surprise him. I was agreed upon that I got him a Cheese cake while they treated him to Karaoke at K-Box. The cake which I regretfully tasted only a bit coz I was heading for Bodylicious Class @ Cali Gym Bugis right after. Ed & his nieces who are November babies as well. Hi Me2, I am officially 32 today as of 1031hrs. During that time, I was being prepared to go for a Brain Scan at the National University Hospital. I spent the whole morning at the hospital and after which, I headed back to rest and just spent the rest of the day at home. Had to return to hospital again on thursday for medical as well as psychological review. 2710eirsue
